Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach to wellness using the ancient tools of yoga to restore health and harmony to all levels of human experience:  physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  It encourages clients to understand the deeper lifestyle factors that may be impacting their overall well-being.  Yoga Therapy complements traditional approaches to health care and may be done in conjunction with other healing therapies.

Christina and her clients work together to assess the root causes of a condition and create a specific health and lifestyle plan with practices to suit their individual needs.  Through one-on-one guidance, clients learn yoga techniques to build resiliency and heal from within.  Christina offers her expertise in yoga, but the client is the expert in his/her life experience and the driver of change.
